The Rhoer Club is a youth affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., designed for young women ages 12–18 who demonstrate strong academic potential, leadership, and a desire to make a positive impact in their communities.

The Eta Mu Sigma Rhoer Club provides young women in the St. Louis community with opportunities to grow academically, socially, and personally through mentorship and meaningful experiences. Under the guidance of the women of the Eta Mu Sigma Alumnae Chapter, our Rhoers participate in programs focused on education, leadership development, community service, career exploration, fine arts, and social enrichment.

Through meaningful programs, service projects, mentorship, and sisterhood, Rhoers are encouraged to build confidence, strengthen their talents, and prepare for their futures. Members benefit from the guidance, encouragement, and support of the women of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., who are committed to helping each Rhoer recognize her potential and pursue her goals.
